- Everyday Active provides easy, accessible ideas to help you get moving and improve lives through physical activity and sport. Discover inclusive activities that fit your lifestyle, build confidence, and support your wellbeing.
- SUN (Service User Network) is a community network of peer-support groups. It is for people who are experiencing difficulties with complex emotions often associated with Personality Disorder, but you don’t need a diagnosis to attend. SUN groups can support someone by helping them to share their experiences with others who are feeling the same, or similar. These groups are for people who find their emotions are affecting their relationships or have difficulty managing their emotions. SUN groups are led by a facilitator with Lived Experience and a clinician facilitator. - Release the Pressure (run by Rethink) offers free, confidential support from trained counsellors. You can call their helpline on 0800 1070 160, text the word SHOUT to 8525, or visit the Rethink website to use their webchat service. You can contact them 24/7, 365 days a year
- Kent and Medway Safe Havens (run by Mental Health Matters) can help when your usual sources of mental health support are closed for the night. They are offering face-to-face support, as well as phone and video calls
- Mental Wellbeing Information Hub (Kent & Medway ICS) – Help and support if you are feeling anxious, stressed, low, or need help now
- NHS App – allows you access a range of NHS services
- Kent County Council health services – including mental health support
- Kent and Medway Talking Therapies – A free and confidential NHS Talking Therapies service offering mental health support for common mental health problems like anxiety and depression to anyone over 17.5 years old, living in the Kent and Medway area. You can self-refer today by going onto our website and completing our online form or calling us on 0333 091 0414.
- Medway Council health services – including mental health support
- One You Kent – help to make lifestyle changes if you’d like to lose weight, stop smoking, get more active or reduce or alcohol intake
